A: Yes.
- Make sure that you have entered both your user name and password just as you originally
did when you set up your account because our system is case sensitive.
For example: If your original user name is JohnDoe and you enter Johndoe, our system will not accept that user name. - You can find out your correct password by clicking on the link on the login page “Forget your password?”
Q: Help! I just went to log into the site and got the following error...
500 Internal Server Error
The server has encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
A: Try closing all your windows and restart your computer and the problem shoud
go away.
Q: I keep getting this message : “YOU HAVE EXCEEDED MAXIMUM LOGIN
TIME" What can I do?
A: Check your settings in your firewall. If your cookies are blocked, unblock
them. Zone Alert has been a problem with cookies, if you have that Firewall. Make sure that you have
the “Block 3rd party cookies” option unchecked (when it is checked it can cause the login error).
Q: I am having trouble logging into the site. Each time I type
in my username/password, it appears to be rejected . What should I do?
A: This is an intermittent problem related to our web host. Open a new browser window and try to login again; that should work. If that does not work,
- Open a new browser window
- Select “Tools”
- Select “Internet options”
- At the “General” tab, select “Delete Cookies” ( do not select “Delete Files”)
- Click “OK” to close the dialog box
- Go to HottoWorks .com
- Try to login again.
Note: Deleting cookies could affect your login to other sites in that you may have to type out your user name in full where you formerly only had to type a portion of it.
